• A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking to reserve your dates.
• Deposits are required for each hunter.
• Balance due Oct 15th.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to hunt, it may be applied to a later hunt.

Gratuity

Tipping our guides is at the discretion of the hunter. Our guides work hard and very much appreciate a tip for a good hunt. Past hunters have asked us to provide some guidance on tips. A tip of $100-$150 per day, per group, is a good tip. Some groups do more and some do less. Tipping is totally at the discretion of the hunter.

Most groups also leave gratuities for the lodge staff who work hard to ensure the meals are great and the lodge is always clean and orderly.
